This range comes mainly from the Piedmont region in Italy, which has a great reputation for its white truffles – a taste beyond comparison.  They are called the jewels of the Piedmont. A range of products made with black truffles is also available.

Traditional Italian Pasta

Pasta made in the Marches region of Italy, between the sea and mountains.  Typically traditional processes are used to make them.  Each pasta is hand-made from its own blend of flour before being slowly dried at a low temperature.
Tagliatelle, pappardelle, maccheroncini, chitarrine and filini and more are available.


Whole foie gras in 130 or 180 g  jars (Foie gras from the South-West of France; processed in the Alps.)
